The first appointment (available by phone or online) is free and is important to clarify your reasons for therapy inquiry and to offer you a first impression of my approach. If we both decide to work together, we are gonna then set up our goals and go deeper in the main issues. The sessions take 60 minutes (90 euro) each and are usually set at a fixed time every week.
