Persönliche Vorstellung

I am a psychologist, researcher, and university lecturer. I have devoted my professional career to serving the Science of Psychology and supporting individuals to achieve a better quality for their everyday lives. I am from Greece and currently living and working in the Netherlands.

Angebot

I offer psychological support, sessions where people can feel safe and supported to share their thoughts and deal with their everyday challenges. I adopt a client-centered approach and tailor each session based on the needs of each individual. I offer sessions in Greek and English. I use an integrative approach, using mainly tools of Cognitive Behavioral Training and Schema Therapy. I am currently also under Couples Therapy training.
